Delivery Coverage & Charges

  • Doha & Nearby Areas: Standard delivery within 24 hours. (Free delivery on orders above QAR 150).

  • Outside Doha / Remote Areas: Express scheduled delivery available within 24–48 hours.

  • Same-Day Express Delivery: Place your order before 12:00 PM to receive your delivery on the same evening (Subject to area availability).

Exchange, Return & Freshness Guarantee

  • Freshness Check on Delivery: We encourage customers to inspect fresh produce (fruits & vegetables) upon arrival.

  • Instant Return/Replacement: If any item is damaged, spoilt, or missing, please inform our delivery representative immediately or contact our support within 6 hours of delivery for a fast replacement or refund credit.

  • Packaged & Dry Goods: Sealed dry foodstuffs can be returned/exchanged within 3 days if unopened and in original packaging.

Yes, next-day delivery is guaranteed for all orders across Qatar. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon.

Do I need to be present at home to sign for/receive the delivery?

Since we deliver perishable fresh goods, someone should be available to receive the package. If you are away, you can specify a safe place or leave instructions for contactless delivery at your doorstep.
